50 Minute Fit
A traditional mix of cardiovascular exercise and weights combined with motivating music to push you through this 50-minute total body workout. A multilevel class where everyone is welcome. With over 30 years teaching and training experience, Victoria will safely and effectively guide you through this thoroughly fun class. All equipment is provided or you are welcome to bring your own hand weights and/or mats.

Acting is Believing
An 8-week class highlighting the basic foundation that every actor needs. Learning how to express your real feelings in an imaginary role can be challenging and exciting. You will expand your imagination playing theatre games and exploring improvisation to think “outside of the box.” Preparing monologues, working on scenes with a partner & learning how to use your body and voice are all part of this amazing journey!

Adult Coed 7v7 Soccer League
Our Fall Adult Coed 7v7 Soccer League is played from September through December. The season should consist of 7-10 regular season games, along with playoffs for those who qualify.
A Division is geared toward teams with an intermediate to advanced skill set, while the B Division is designed for teams at an intermediate to beginner level. An "open" format will be utilized if the minimum number of teams isn't met to create those divisions.
All games will take place on Friday evenings at Campus El Segundo.

Club Cowabunga
Join the Recreation, Parks, and Library Department in the Fall of 2026 for an exciting, afterschool program for kids in TK through 5th grade.
Club Cowabunga provides daily afterschool care at the Gordon E. Gordon Clubhouse during school days from school dismissal until 6pm. Trained Recreation staff are on hand to offer a variety of fun activities for kids such as sports, games, cooking, drama, arts and so much more!

American Red Cross Training
These classes cover essential life-saving techniques like CPR and AED use, and basic first aid. Upon Completion, participants receive a certification valid for two years.

Cooking Class: Specialty Classes
A hands-on introduction to cooking designed just for kids! Students will explore fundamental culinary techniques like sautéing, stir-frying, and baking, while learning about kitchen safety, nutrition, and basic measurements. Recipes are fun, kid-friendly, and confidence-building—perfect for students gaining independence in the kitchen.

Zumba!
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music. This high energy class is a combo of motivating music and body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps.
